Vancouver Build Source is an independent material-sourcing and referral service that organizes requests and identifies possible local options.
1. Send one complete request
Include products, quantities, dimensions, substitutes, postal code, required date and pickup or delivery preference.
2. The request is checked
We review whether it has enough information and whether suitable coverage may exist. A request is not an order and does not guarantee a quote.
3. Relevant details may be shared
With your consent, information needed to assess the request may be shared with a relevant supplier.
4. You review the supplier offer
The supplier confirms availability, specification, price, taxes, payment, returns, delivery and timing. You decide whether to contract directly.

What we do not do
- Claim a retail yard or warehouse
- Display unverified inventory or prices
- Provide engineering, code or installation approval
- Take supplier-order payments unless clearly stated later
