Vancouver Build Source does not operate a delivery fleet. Coverage, vehicle, schedule, minimum order, unloading and fees are confirmed by the selected supplier.

Include every delivery detail

• Project address, postal code, date, time window and site contact
• Lane, gate, height, weight and turning restrictions
• Curbside, forklift, crane, dump or manual unloading needs
• Safe placement location and weather-protected storage

Material-specific notes

• Lumber and plywood: lengths, bundles and weather protection
• Drywall: floor, elevator and indoor placement
• Concrete and pavers: weight, pallets and mechanical unloading
• Soil and gravel: safe dump area and surface conditions
